Ann Bohrer (Tyson)
Ann B. Tyson, 67, Galena, Mo., departed this life Tuesday (March 1, 2011) in St. John's Hospital, Springfield, Mo.
A service to celebrate the life of Anny Tyson will be at 11 a.m. March 19 at Cedar Ridge under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home-South, Kimberling City, Mo.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to Cedar Ridge Baptist Church.
She was born June 22, 1943, in Kewanee, daughter of Joseph and Margaret Leitch Bohrer. Ann was united in marriage to Lyle Tyson on Dec. 12, 1975, and they made their home in the Galena, Mo. area the past 20 years, coming from central Illinois.
She grew up in Bloomington and attended Bloomington High School. Ann graduated from Lincoln College in Lincoln. She retired from Geotechincal Engineering Services in Kappa, as an executive assistant.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents.
Surivors include her children, Kent (Vicki) Tyson, Keith Tyson, Todd (Debbie) Tyson, Tracey Tyson and Tyler (Joyce) Tyson; sisters, Judy Norton and Ruthann Mayberry; brothers, Dick Graham and Don Graham; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Ann will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

I was surprised to hear of Anny's passing. We had talked via the profile page about the up coming reunion. I asked her to put a "now" picture on her profile, which she did. Sadly, we will not be able to meet . She will be missed.
