RALPH O (BUD) DILLEY III

Ralph O. "Bud" Dilley III, 69, Bloomington, died at 10:43 p.m. Wednesday, (March 6, 2013) at Bloomington Rehab and Health Services, Bloomington.

His funeral will be at noon Saturday at Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington.  A committal service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Bloomington, with Michael Scott officiating.  Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to CISAR or a charity of the donor's choice. 

He was born March 9, 1943, in Bloomington, son of Ralph Otho Dilley, Jr. and Dorothy M Fergusen. 

Survivors include his children, Rhett Dilley, Bloomington, and Ryan (Sammi) Dilley, Normal; two grandchildren, Cole and Sophia; sister, Becky (Ron) Ashenbremer, Bloomington; and cousin, Dan (Jo Ann) Ferguson, Bloomington.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Ralph accomplished many things in life, the greatest being his success as a father.  He was a very social person and had many friends.  He enjoyed working with his hands and loved spending time with his dog, Max.

His grandchildren held a special place in his heart.  Ralph lived life the way he wanted to live it and will be truly missed by his family and friends.
