JANE THRO

Jane E. Thro, 69, of Rockford, died at 11:35 p.m. Saturday, June 8, 2013, in OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center.  Born September 3, 1943, in Freeport; the daughter of John and Mary (Walsh) Thro.  Graduate of Bloomington High School, class of 1961.  Jane worked as a supply tech for OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, retiring in February 2006.  She enjoyed reading, watching movies and favorite TV shows, and she was known for her kind soul.  She is survived by her nieces, Sheri (Manuel "Moe") Chapa and their children, .

Heather, Rhiannan, Martin, and Annalee Chapa; and Kari (Rick) Hawkins and their children, Jennifer, Russell and Bart Hawkins; and many great-great nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her parents; and sister, Carol.  Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2013, in Olson Funeral & Cremation Services, Ltd, Fred C.
